Shipping policy

Within Germany and Europe we offer free shipping on orders of 100 EUR or more. 
For customers in the USA: We offer free shipping for order values of 200 EUR or more.

Please refer to the chart below for shipping costs for your individual destination. All prices are in EUROS (€). 

Orders with a shipping address in Switzerland will incur import sales tax charges after shipment, which are payable by the customer either online or upon delivery to the post office.

For orders with a shipping address outside the European Union, depending on the country, import sales taxes and customs duties may be incurred after shipment, which must be paid by the customer.

The customer will be responsible for shipping fees when returning your purchase in liaison with our Return Policy.

We generally process all orders immediately and with utmost care and devotion in our studio in Frankfurt. We ship during our main service hours, Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm CET (with the exception of German public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch two business days after the receipt of payment, at the latest. 

All shipments that are sent by ROSENSTAUB e.K. are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment this insurance coverage ceases to exist. 

Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In Germany, shipments can be delivered to a "Packstation". Big parcels that do not fit into the rented box might need to be picked up at a branch of the Deutsche Post and/or DHL Express Station. In case your shipment cannot be delivered, an additional shipping fee will be applicable for the re-shipment.
