Payments as well as refunds are invoiced in Euro (EUR).
PAYMENT BY PAYPAL
Please select "PayPal" as your payment method and you will be transferred to the PayPal site automatically. If you already have an existing PayPal account you can log in using your user data to confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account yet you can register and create a new account to proceed with the payment. Refunds from returns will be booked onto the same registered PayPal account that the payment was received from.

PAYMENT BY SOFORT PAY
Sofort Pay is a direct payment system that allows you to pay when shopping online just as easily as you are used to when shopping in a brick and mortar store. This is a fast and secure method of paying online without having to register. All you need is a bank account and access to online banking.
Real time transfers send the payment directly without time delay and with maximum security, making it possible to ship your order immediately.
Please choose "SOFORT" during the payment process of your order. You will be forwarded to SOFORT Pay's secure payment form in which you will be asked to approve the wire transfer slip which has been filled in automatically with your online banking details. Your payment will be confirmed immediately after the encoded transfer has successfully been completed. Possible transfer fees as well as bank service charges will be charged to the customer. Refunds from returns will be transferred back onto the same bank account from which the payment has been received.

Please choose "Vorkasse" / "wire transfer" during the payment process and finalize your order.

Possible transfer or bank fees will be charged to the customer.
Your order will be dispatched upon receipt of your payment on our account. Please note that this may take several business days.
Refunds from returns will be charged back to the same bank account that the original payment was paid from.
PAYMENT BY PROMOTION CODE
To initiate the payment step of your order click "Checkout" and simply enter the respektive code into the designated field. If the total order amount exceeds the value of your promotion code, please select the payment method with which you would like to settle the remaining amount. If the value of your promotion code exceeds the total order amount you may use the same code for your next purchase. The remaining amount will be available until our credit balance has been used up completely.
